My file link has expired
Why it expires and how to get a new one.

Step by step
- If the link no longer opens, write to us and we send another.
- The new link opens the SAME file, with everything from before.
- You lose nothing you had uploaded or anything we had discussed.
Links expire on purpose: a link that lasts forever is a link that, if forwarded by mistake, still opens your documents months later.
If somebody forwards a link of yours, tell us and we cancel it.
