Reading a property page
What is on the page and what each notice means.

Step by step
- Open a home from the catalogue or from the map.
- Photos at the top; beside them, the price, the details and the map.
- Further down, the description, the neighbourhood and the calculators.
- At the end, the link to report the listing if something does not add up.
If the home has a special situation, such as being occupied, tenanted, without possession or at auction, the page says so in a prominent notice and explains what is worth checking before going ahead.
The mortgage and yield calculators are indicative: they do not include fees or taxes and they are not an offer.
