Open the page of the home you are interested in.
Scroll to the contact block and answer the questions.
Leave your name and a phone number or an email.
An advisor gets in touch with you.

You do not need an account to ask for a viewing.

Neither the date nor the time is settled here: a person agrees that with you. The assistant cannot book a viewing either, and when you ask it will pass you to somebody.
