Step by step
- Open «Sell» from the top menu.
- Type the address and pick the right one.
- Fill in floor area, rooms and condition.
- You get an indicative range and, if you ask, a call from an advisor.
What comes out is an indicative RANGE worked out from area data, not a formal appraisal. A formal appraisal is signed by an approved valuer and this is not one.
Nobody visits your home for this: the figure comes from the details you type and from the area.
