Step by step
- The bubble opens a chat with an automated assistant.
- It says so in its header, before you type anything.
- It can tell you what is published; it cannot commit to anything.
- When a person is needed, it points you to contact.
It is not a person and it can be wrong. For anything that matters, confirm it with us.
There are things it never answers even if you ask: fees, viewing availability, deadlines, negotiation and contract terms. It is not that it does not know: it is that a person settles those.
